I got the iphone 12 pro. It's my first apple product ever. After years of android phones and refusing to buy an apple product, I took the plunge and have to say that I absolutely love this thing. Yes it's pricey, but damn is it a solid piece of engineering and software development. I can't say I will be one of those people that upgrades every year but I certainly and very happy with the product so far. The camera essentially replaced my DLSR for photography. The Lidar system is sorcery. I love it.

The screen is finally proof to me that Apple customers are just plain stupid. Apple throws this screen at people like it's something new. The Samsung Galaxy S6 had 577ppi... But Apple tells them "it's good, you need this and we need ALL of your money. Go buy it." At this point I'm sure Apple could pull it off releasing something like the Nokia 3210 again as brand new tech for twice the price of a normal top shelf Smartphone and people would kill each other for the right to buy it. To use it, the phone would require to be plugged directly into your bloodstream to feed off of you and those morons would still praise it as a direct gift from tech Jesus.

Apple is such a joke to me now, I feel trapped. Apple is a shadow of its former self. The glitching, bugs, are terrible now, and the interface is so deliberately vague, it feels totally manipulative. It feels as though they set up these systems now, to fail, at specific points, to make more money. They took away the 3.5mm headphone jack, and the old usb ports, so you have to spend a wad on adapters, they also dumped the extension cord from the MacBooks, and the remote, they make you pay for these separately now, as they raise the price of the MacBook. You can no longer access memory and add it yourself because they took away our right to unscrew the back of the MacBook. Now it’s one single unit, impossible to open. The batteries are crap; they use crap batteries to insure that the customer will have to pay for either AppleCare, or another wad to get it replaced. The lightning and 3.5mm headphone ports on iPads go bad quickly, and they make the cost to replace a simple piece of hardware prohibitively expensive making the only option to buy a new iPad. Apple keeps taking away what made them so special, bit by bit, and yet charging more and more. They are the new evil empire.

5:25 did he just say a faster aperture? Does he know about cameras at all? Apaerture is a hole not speed, and increasing shutter speed allows better low light performance at the risk of a blurry image. Im sure the larger sensor is more sensitive to light (ISO).

If Apple really wants to cut back on e-waste then they need to allow "Right to Repair". Apple doesn't want you to repair any of their products. They want you to throw it out and buy new. Of course they didn't lower the price even though you pay $1000 for a phone that doesn't include a charger. Anyone remember the good old days when a smartphone was used and advertised to make phone calls? Apple uses the German car manufacturers' marketing model where you build to impress but not to last. (i.e. poor quality)

Honestly USB-c is a crime against humanity whose ONLY redeeming factor over micro b is the reversibility. That's just 'physically' speaking, I won't even get started on the functionality or how NOTHING about C is universal despite being in the "UNIVERSAL serial bus" family. There is no such thing as bad publicity, if you really want apple to stop jacking up prices, stop making videos like this. you guys have been complaining about the pricing since the 6, look at you guys now, still buying and complaining, just pay no attention to apple and their prices will go down, just give them that feeling that they are out of trend and let domino effect take its course, apple doesn't care about youtubers, then do the same, youtubers should not make reviews or any reaction to it, and i guarantee you they'll suddenly do sponsorships, then kick them while they are down, they cant just get away with this with all their unconventional repairs and no chargers now.
